FAQ's for Attendees

This is your unique and personal shopping experience. The showroom has been reserved for just you and your friends.

On the day of the event: your preselected items (plus a few extras you may not have seen) will be waiting for you. Have fun trying them on! There is a large changing room for your privacy and your Host will be providing coffee, tea and cookies! You may also bring your own snacks and drinks. 

Before the event: notify the store of your selections and preferences by DM on Instagram @vvvardo or email your wish list with links of items / names of items to consign@vvvardo.ca your items will be placed on hold. 

No time to scroll online? A collection can be put together for you with just a little information ahead of time, including: what you are looking for, your size, style, fit, colour preferences, etc.  

Payments are processed online. Create your profile, put items on your Wishlist in your cart, try on your items and only buy what you love. Too technical? No problem. The owner can complete the transaction for you with cash or card. 

The owner will also be available to intake new Consignors and as needed. The link to the Consignment Agreement is at the top of the Home Page. Consigned Items should be on hangers, in excellent condition and free of odour. Underwear, pyjama bottoms, bikinis and swimsuit bottoms will not be consigned unless New With Tags. Donations can be in a box or bag.

The Showroom has a multi media player.

Onsite parking is limited. Please do not drink and Drive.
